How can I make a booking?

You can book your stay through our trusted partners, including Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, and VRBO. Simply search for your desired property, select your dates, and follow the platform’s booking steps. Need assistance? Feel free to contact our support team directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be subject to a full charge. Be sure to review the specific cancellation terms listed on the property’s booking page.

What is the refund policy?

If eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued according to the cancellation policy applied at the time of booking.

Are there any additional fees?

Yes, a standard cleaning fee of $400 applies to each reservation. All fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Available payment options may vary by platform and will be displayed during the reservation process.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Are bed linens and towels provided?

Yes. All of our rentals include freshly laundered bed linens and towels, professionally prepared before each guest’s arrival to ensure a clean and comfortable stay.

Can I view the property before booking?

To respect the privacy and security of current guests, we do not offer in-person property viewings. However, each listing includes detailed descriptions, high-resolution photos, and verified guest reviews to help you make a confident booking decision.
