At Altura Escapes LLC, we strive to offer a smooth and flexible booking experience. We understand that travel plans can change, so this policy outlines the terms for cancellations, modifications, and refunds based on your selected rate.

Cancellation Policy by Rate Type

Standard Rates

  • Free cancellation available
  • No advance payment required at the time of booking

Flexible Rates

  • Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before check-in
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay

Non-Refundable Rates

  • All bookings are final and non-refundable
  • Please read all terms carefully before booking under this rate

💰 Refunds (if applicable)

    • Eligible refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method

Reservation Modifications

Changes More Than 7 Days Before Check-In:

  • You may modify your reservation dates or switch to another available property
  • Subject to availability and any rate differences will be applied accordingly

Changes Within 7 Days of Check-In:

  • Modifications are subject to approval and availability
  • May incur additional charges, based on new dates or property type
  • Altura Escapes LLC reserves the right to accept or deny changes at its discretion

Force Majeure Clause

In the event of unexpected circumstances beyond your or our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or medical emergencies), we may allow cancellations or changes with either a full refund or a credit for a future stay, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Altura Escapes LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Guests will be notified in advance of any significant changes. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms outlined in the most current version of this policy.
